Mini Pupillage..
07 July 2008
Mini-pupillage is one of the first practical steps on your journey to becoming a practising barrister. It was a great experience and beneficial at the same time. Meeting real life client, acting in the best interest of your client, what you should do when you have a tough opponent and how to handle each individual case (ex: advocates meeting, get instructions from your solicitors, police involvement and etc). A week of it was good enough and an eye-opener to me. If compared to academic wise it ain't that scary afterall. Preparation, time management and confidence are the keys to success. I have a journal of my experienced of my very first week of mini pupillage on 30th June till 4th July 2008. Very delighted and hoping for more. These experienced are unforgettable and I am one step closer to my future. Determination and dedication plays an important role in my daily routine. So hang on there, dude...

Future that lies in my own hands.....
06 July 2008
Everyday is a life changing for everyone in terms of lifestyles to decision-making to clothing's even the food that is going into your mouth. Whether you like it or not, you just have to follow your heart or mind. I choose to follow my heart though my mind told me otherwise. Therefore I have decided to remain in United Kingdom in order to pursue or to chase my own dreams which no one is able to provide me one.

Loads of friends and family members anticipated my homecoming this October. Sadly to announced I have put it on hold. Nothing else can change my mind until and unless something happens or God has another plan for me.

There are loads of opportunity in UK and experiences gained is unforgettable. Why want to waste such an opportunity when it has arrived in front of my door step. I have obtained a week of mini pupillage and gone through it. It was a wonderful exposure though it is a tiring one. Another mini pupillage is on hold and I just can't wait to pursue it further. Prolonging my stay in UK can be quite beneficial not only in terms of my future but as well as my relationship.

Ultimately..
20 June 2008
a decision has been made. Am proud of myself although it is a tough one. I will not disclose my decision until my final confirmation is finalised. The possibility of me sticking to this decision is obviously on the higher scale. I have a feeling that it will affect those around me as in my families as well as someone who is of great importance in my life currently! For my own future, I guess I just have to be selfish and forgo certain things in life. Many factors and reasons are properly scrutinised before putting into actions. Yet the outcome makes me happy and unhappy at the same time. What shall I do or say? Absolutely nothing but go with the flow which is the best for now....

One step
25 May 2008
closer to him as day by day passes by. It is impossible to type out the things we did together though this blog belongs to me cos it is for us to cherish and keep those as memories. For us to know and not for you to find out! Therefore am hoping that the day to depart will never come by! It will be the saddest moment but I still need to live up with it. *Sob Sob. The question is how soon will it be?

***********

8 papers down, 4 more to go! It is the greatest news to acknowledge therefore, I need to work hard on these four more papers before I can declare freedom from exams. Then I will be having 4 months of holidays in UK. Will be finding jobs to sustain myself in order not to burden my Papa though the constant giving of money makes me lazy to work. Contradictory!!! But still happy =).

Words can kill
17 May 2008
At times it is better not to say anything like the saying goes 'Silence is Golden'! Remember these words may hurt those people around you either with intention or without intention. Whether you like it or not, once the words are spread out there is no turning point. You either apologise or swallow down it hard and pretend nothing had happened. You may think that you have disclosed the information to someone you could trust but you will never know when a person could turn it's back on you. Even a safe needs to be insured! There are two side of stories to a picture but the differences lies on the method of analysing the picture.

To be honest, I am not saying that I do not trust my friends around me. However the level of trust varies from one person to another. There are some who really cares, listens to every single words I have said or about to say, shared my laughters and tears, advice me on what's right or wrong and even stayed up all night just to accompany me. Some others are just mere acquaintance, clubbing matez, movie matez, or even sports matez and food lovers and housemates. The friendship tightens and develops as years goes by as well as the intention of parties. Remember, friendship can be compared to a chess game. It will come to an end if you take the wrong move.

Don't get me wrong if I do not tell you or share with you my personal problems. I am picky and do not feel that it is your fault or whatsoever. It is me who is not capable to open up to everyone. I may be a nosy parker with other's but not when it comes to matters which trust is involved. If I choose not to tell, no matter how pathetic you can be I won't mind because I stand on my own firm grounds. But when I decide to tell, I will tell you openly, not even a single word need to be said by you.

*Every individual is different and unique in their own way. This is me and I live with it.
